My work on the Annie Mae Aquash / American Indian Movement book is keeping me busy! Last November, Dennis Banks was kind enough to give me a day of his time, and we talked a lot about the American Indian Movement and its activities in the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. I am working that material into my manuscript, and I’m also incorporating information from dozens of books. Slow going, but fascinating stories!
